Our Mission

M.A.D., Inc. exists for the sole purpose of assisting individuals in our community afflicted with severe mental illness and chemical dependency issues to help achieve their hope, dreams, and a better quality of life.

Our Vision

To become one of the premier providers of integrated, comprehensive services that target adult male and female clients 18 to 55 diagnosed with severe, persistent co-occurring disorders including ex-offenders and those afflicted with HIV status.

M.A.D., Inc. is a Tennessee licensed Intensive Outpatient Treatment program and a Tennessee Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services’ provider.

Our IOP services include individual, group, family therapy, and case management on Mondays-Wednesdays- Fridays from 9a.m. to 12 noon.  The duration of the program is 12 weeks long.  In addition, we offer initial psychiatric evaluations and medication follow-up care by a Board Certified M.D. psychiatrist.

Since February of 2013, Make A Difference, Inc. has been providing high-quality behavioral therapeutic treatment services in an environment conducive to being open, caring, sensitive, and highly accessible to the community. We strive to offer holistic treatment options so that the patients under care in our out-patient programs receive the support they need to lead productive, quality lives.

Having a mental illness or chemical imbalance is no longer shameful or embarrassing. With proper treatment individuals can lead productive, meaningful lives. We’re attempting to break the perpetual cycle of clients’ feelings of alienation and hopelessness.
